Location services must be ON
If location turned OFF/ON takes about 5 minutes to acquire GPS
The holding lot is geofenced, going outside of the geofence removes you from the queue

Active Registration indicates your vehicle is already in the physical queue
Outside of 70 miles message can mean that your GPS truly are outside of 70 miles
Outside of 70 miles message can also mean your phone isn't reporting GPS coordinates to the back end. Location ON, low-power mode OFF, wait 5 minutes to acquire good GPS

Pointers

Don't press the "Exit Queue" button unless you are done for the day
When waiting, don't stray too far, there is a geofence around the CTQ; leave your phone in the car if you plan to walk further
TWhen you are called, you have 120 minutes to arrive at the holding lot, be sure to enter before the timer runs out

Reported Issues we're working on

In app status messages: 2 of 2, estimated time to call; working on improving these metrics to get a more realistic estimate
Occasionally bumped out of the queue due to a GPS coordinate outside of the CTQ geofence
